With 2020 behind us, we look forward to what we want to call into our lives, work, and beyond. Abundance and wellbeing are our birthright, yet we can fall in the trap of holding onto the past in a way that limits our future.
With the start of a new year, the focus is often on goal setting and a long list of what we hope to accomplish. Yet rather than only asking what can we DO this upcoming year, we must also ask what can we LET GO of as we move into a new year with infinite opportunities and potential.
Let's not carry unnecessary weight with us on this new adventure ahead and take the time to start our journey light, focused, and connected to our hearts and truth.

WHAT TO EXPECT AND WHAT TO BRING TO THE WORKSHOP:
FORMAT: Held via zoom. You will get a custom link sent to you.
ENGAGEMENT: Will be interactive with opportunity to ask questions and engage.
BREAKS: Will be integrated throughout the workshop.
SETTING: Will be intimate and present. Creating a space for yourself during the workshop where you will experience fewer interruptions and be comfortable meditating and moments of reflection will be helpful. You can do this from your home or anywhere you feel the most present and at peace.
WHAT TO BRING: Something to write with (journal, notebook, etc.) and have water to stay hydrated throughout. (no necessary attire is required).
WHAT TO REMEMBER: Bring your full self forward to the workshop. We are creating a safe space to reflect, let go, and start over fresh with a supportive community.
